Have you been hard on yourself lately? Don't feel bad, I have been hard on myself these last few weeks too. Often times we can be our on worst critics. I can't say whether that's a bad thing or just a part of life. What I am sure of is I've been intentional about breaking my habit of negative self talk. For this looks like giving myself grace and turning to positive affirmations.
