Curves, confidence, and SLAYAGE were in full effect last weekend for TCF Style Expo in Atlanta. This was my second year attending and I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. When Marie Denee puts on an event it's sure to be a good time with lots of stylish folks and good vibes. Take a look below at my favorite moments from this year's TCF Style Expo:

1. Rah's "RompHim"

First and foremost can we give thanks to the good Lord for creating this man candy for my eyes to see? lol..but seriously tho :). If you follow me on Facebook, you know I was not a fan of the "RompHim" trend. But Rah Mosley made a liar out of me! Hunny I am here for this trend especially if you can pull if off like Rah did.

2. Faces to Brands
I've secretly crushed on Fashion Designer Christian Omeshun's work since forever, I knew this year would be the year I finally met her IRL! As you can see by this video we became best friends *in my head lol*

3. Styled by Celebrities
When in ATL you never know what celebs you may bump into while shopping in Buckhead or brunchin' at Copeland's but TCF Style Expo brought the celebs right to the Cobb Galleria Center! I had the pleasure of being styled (in menswear) by the super fashionable and funny Daniel Franzese, he was every 00's tween gay bff after watching Mean Girls.

4. Catching Up with My Blogger Boo's
I talk to my blogger boo's on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter almost every day, but nothing compares to catching up with them in real life. These women motivate me to keep growing and glowing daily! I love to the growth in their blogs and brands from one year to the next. I'm so proud of each of them < 3

5. And Meeting New Blogger Boo's
Would you believe me if I told you I'd only known Faith for 24 hours?! This photo pretty much explains how my weekend was full of laughs, smiles, and lots of pictures!

6. PRETTY BIG MOVEMENT
*one more time for the people in the back*
I SAID PRETTY BIG MOVEMENT!!!!!! These ladies break every stereotype that claims big girls can't dance, move, or aren't in shape. They KILLED their performance and founder Akira Armstrong knew who I was!!! What a total fan girl moment!!!!!!!!

7. Big & Tall Men's Fashion

I am here for Big and Tall Men's Fashion! After attending the Big & Tall Fashion panel, I have such a greater respect for plus men and their fashion they have a lot of the same issues that plus size women face. #DearRetailors do better!!

8.  SELIES

What's an event with your favorite bloggers, brands, and models without selfies! Creme of Nature merchandiser Ingrid got me all the way together with product placement lol (did I get it right?!)

9.  Encouragement & Sisterhood
We speak about building relationships often but often times we forget what that entails especially when building them online. I started building with Marcy last year when she started working the 22+ Style Lookbook, when she reached out to me I was amazed, shocked, excited and nervous because a fashion writer I looked up to wanted to work with little ole me. Fast forward to early 2017 we didn't speak as much and I wrote it off as "life happens and we'll speak soon". So now we're at mid 2017 and I see Marcy's going to be at TCF Style Expo and I made it my mission to have a conversation with her, luckily she had the same mission! I'm so glad we were able to chop it up because it's all love and she's seriously like a big sister! Sisterhood is so important in the plus size fashion industry, we need other women to motivate us, encourage us, and inspire us!

10. Plus Size Style
The girls did not come to play, they came to SLAY!

Will you be attending TCF Slay Expo next? I hope to see you there < 3
