It's no secret I LOVE to travel.  If you follow my Instagram, you may have seen me and my blogger bae Latoya of The Fat Girl of Fashion taking over NYC! We decided a few weeks before that we'd go to NYC with no scheduled plans or events and see what we'd get into. I swear two days before the trip we were booked! That's the beauty of being a style influencer in one of fashion capitals of the world and the city that never sleeps! Check out our Day 1, 3-day trip full of fashion, food, and fun below!

 Day 1 was all about our favorite UK based retailer ASOS! We attended their Summer 2017 Preview where the drinks, fashion, and style overfilled the room. I was super excited that they were previewing pieces from their ASOS Curve collection, and to my surprise, one of the items featured was the exact ASOS Curve Embellished Kimono I was wearing. 

 Toya & I wore our favorite ASOS Curve Summer garments to the event & our chic street style was definitely appreciated amongst the style influencers in attendance. My kimono was captured in several Instagram stories, and I pretended to be a live fit model for the item, I guess it's safe to say this look was a hit! Here's what I wore:

Many of my favorite babes from Instagram, we in the building indulging in all the fabulousness that is ASOS! Although I wasn't able to take a photo with all of my faves, I was able to catch a pic with Bianca of Bianca from Brooklyn (how cute is she ?!?!). It's always great to meet the folks you chat with online IRL! The Preview was hosted by Factory PR and they truly know how to host a good time, the food and drinks were plentiful, and the swag bags were filled with goodies that I chose (everyone should take note of this gesture...give me a swag full of things I'll use because I picked it)!
